With a unique background in psychotherapy, my transition into this field is a natural extension of my passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. My journey from mental health to instructional design is grounded in a deep understanding of human behavior, learning processes, and the power of effective communication to create meaningful change.
For over a decade, I facilitated individual and group therapy sessions, developing workshops, psychoeducational programs, and training sessions designed to enhance learning, engagement, and personal growth. Through this work, I discovered that my passion for designing structured, impactful learning experiences extended beyond the therapy room—leading me to instructional design.
My experience as a psychotherapist has equipped me with the ability to identify challenges (Analyze) holistically, develop and implement creative and targeted solutions ( Design, Develop, Implementation), and assess their effectiveness (Evaluate).
